About the position

The Manufacturing Technician I position is an entry-level role focused on supporting the day-to-day operations of secondary manufacturing workflows. The technician will be responsible for operating various workstations and ensuring the maintenance and cleanliness of the manufacturing space. This role requires a basic understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day operations of secondary manufacturing workflow.
• Operate various workstations including Ice Blasting, Vapor Degreasing, Anodizing, Passivation, Laser Marking, Sodium Bicarbonate Blasting, Glass Bead Blasting, Manual Deburring, Tantalum Pin Placement, Epoxy Paint, QC Inspection, and Packaging and Labelling.
• Maintain general housekeeping of the manufacturing space.
• Utilize the ERP system (Epicor) for operational tasks.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• GED or high school equivalency certificate.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 20 lbs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
