About the position
The Manufacturing Technician III Print Operator at Radiometer is responsible for setting up and operating automatic or semiautomatic machines in a continuous production environment. This role focuses on utilizing specialized equipment to screen print thick film onto substrate boards, contributing to the production of lifesaving medical devices. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot machine-related issues while following detailed work instructions.
Responsibilities
- Manually set up print equipment in preparation for production cycles.
- Continuously monitor and inspect products during the production process.
- Identify and troubleshoot machine and print-related issues.
- Contribute to process improvements.
- Follow detailed work instructions and perform data entry into electronic routers.
Requirements
- High School diploma.
- Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
- Ability to follow written work instructions in English.
- High attention to detail.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience in medical device manufacturing.
- Experience with semi-automated machine operation.
