About the position

This position is responsible for conducting equipment assembly and operations support activities, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and resolving complex machine issues on the production line. The role requires independent judgment in machinery repair and involves collaboration with other technicians to ensure efficient production operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct equipment assembly and operations support activities including preventive maintenance program requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex machine issues on the production line.
• Independently determine and develop approaches to machinery repair and troubleshooting.
• Exercise discretion and independent judgment regarding repairs to major breakdowns.
• Perform preventative maintenance (PM) work as scheduled and seek opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct moderately complex troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Assist in reviewing and executing maintenance procedures through the change control process.
• Communicate with and provide technical support or direction to product builders and other technicians.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar required.

Nice-to-haves

• Associates or Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Science preferred.
• Strong PLC and Electrical Controls experience and troubleshooting capabilities preferred.
• Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Pneumatic troubleshooting preferred.
