About the position

The Manufacturing Technician at Trulieve plays a crucial role in the production of cannabis products, ensuring that they are weighed, assembled, packaged, and labeled accurately. This position is essential in maintaining the quality and safety of the products while adhering to regulatory compliance and organizational goals. The technician will work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall mission of providing compassionate care to patients in need.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, assemble, package, and label various forms of cannabis.
• Operate equipment as needed and dictated by the process.
• Maintain accurate daily activities records and operation logs as directed.
• Ensure safety and security of employees and product.
• Comply with all policies, regulations, and laws set forth by the city, county, and state.
• Maintain quality of product and packaging.
• Ensure on-time delivery and customer service.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by manufacturing leadership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the US.
• Production experience in the food/beverage or pharmaceutical industry desired.
• Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to work with a team.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage high-stress situations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle constructive criticism and guidance.
• Must be able to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking throughout the workday.
