About the position

The Manufacturing Test Engineer will join NVIDIA's SLT Manufacturing Team, focusing on supporting the System Level Testing of GPUs and SoCs. This role involves maintaining production test stations, collaborating with engineering teams, and developing advanced testing solutions to ensure high-quality products are shipped to customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Run and maintain production test stations for high-volume testing.
  • Lead the development, maintenance, and upgrade of Tester and Cooling solutions.
  • Establish processes for tracking and performance monitoring of testing equipment.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on system integration, including test programs and automation control software.
  • Debug test stations and perform system- and chip-level failure analyses.
  • Develop scripts and tools for test automation and data collection.
  • Design and execute DOEs to resolve engineering issues in production.
  • Build and maintain process documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer from NPI to mass production.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in semiconductor testing or electronic manufacturing environment.
  • Strong sense of Test Automation and Active thermal control for semiconductor testing.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Shell scripting in Linux, and C#.
  • Mechanical knowledge in test equipment assembly and ability to work with engineering drawings.
  • Proficiency in test data analysis and use of statistical tools for continuous improvement.
