In this position, you will lead agile teams to execute a unified, integrated roadmap aimed at delivering best-in-class MarTech capabilities. These capabilities will enhance communication channel enablement and alignment across both inbound and outbound channels, allowing for delightful omni-channel experiences that drive business value. Reporting directly to the Product Manager, you will translate the product vision into an actionable roadmap, ensuring that the features developed align with marketing strategies and stakeholder needs. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining a 3-6 month feature roadmap, partnering with various teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of features, and actively participating in agile rituals. You will also create and manage user stories and backlogs, support end-user change management, and collaborate with security, privacy, and compliance teams to address relevant concerns. Your role will require leveraging data and analytics to ensure successful platform solutions and enhance customer experiences, while also promoting a customer-obsessed culture within your team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead agile teams in executing a unified, integrated roadmap for MarTech capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain a 3-6 month feature roadmap considering marketing strategy and stakeholder needs.
  • Partner with product managers, delivery managers, architects, and engineers to facilitate execution.
  • Capture and prioritize requirements to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
  • Participate in agile rituals such as Scrum, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives.
  • Create and manage user stories and backlog, tracking and escalating blockers or issues.
  • Support end-user change management and training.
  • Collaborate with security, privacy, and compliance teams to analyze risk and compliance concerns.
  • Manage risk and functional items with leadership support.
  • Leverage data and analytics to ensure successful platform solutions and enhance customer experiences.
  • Promote a customer-obsessed culture within the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in an Agile product role (SAFe is a bonus).
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing technology, operations, or related roles.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data to drive prioritization and decision making.
  • Experience with marketing technologies and platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, or Braze).
  • Ability to communicate clearly and build cross-functional relationships.
