Reporting directly to the Product Manager, you will translate the product vision into an actionable roadmap, ensuring that the features developed align with marketing strategies and stakeholder needs. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining a 3-6 month feature roadmap, partnering with various teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of features, and actively participating in agile rituals. You will also create and manage user stories and backlogs, support end-user change management, and collaborate with security, privacy, and compliance teams to address relevant concerns. Your role will require leveraging data and analytics to ensure successful platform solutions and enhance customer experiences, while also promoting a customer-obsessed culture within your team.
