About the position

We are in search of a MarTech Systems Analyst / Technical Project Manager to join our team in the automotive industry, based in Torrance, CA. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring that the technical design aligns with business objectives. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity and requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills. The successful candidate will collaborate with business users and stakeholders to capture, document, and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, partnering with System Solution Architects and Technical Leads. In this role, you will work closely with developers, system architects, and cross-functional teams to design systems that meet business needs and ensure seamless integration across platforms. You will conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of proposed solutions from a technical standpoint and recommend strategies. Additionally, you will coordinate and drive the development, testing, and implementation phases ensuring the solution meets both technical and business requirements. Managing the technical aspects of product features, you will drive them through all cycles of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). You will also create and maintain technical documentation including system requirements specifications, technical design specifications, architecture documents, flowcharts, and deployment plans. Ensuring that different systems and applications integrate seamlessly will require you to work closely with vendors and internal teams. Compliance with data privacy regulations and implementing security measures to protect customer data in alignment with data governance policies will be a critical part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will own and manage the "Voice of the Customer" program, which includes migrating the survey platform from iBex to Qualtrics for two business units. Utilizing advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and other database technologies, you will perform analytical and logical thinking tasks while ensuring effective communication and time management with stakeholders and suppliers. Prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects will be essential to ensure all are completed within the specified timeline. Lastly, you will research and analyze industry trends and changes, implementing necessary adjustments to strategies and plans.
