About the position

The MarTech Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in collaborating with business users and stakeholders to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications. This position involves working closely with System Solution Architects and Technical Leads to design systems that ensure seamless integration across platforms, while managing the technical aspects of product features. The role is focused on the Voice of the Customer program and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity with a hybrid work model requiring two days onsite.

Responsibilities

• Conducting feasibility studies for proposed solutions
• Managing development, testing, and implementation phases of projects
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation
• Ensuring seamless integration of systems and applications
• Implementing security measures in compliance with data privacy regulations

Requirements

• BA/BS or master's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 6+ years in the IT landscape
• Proven experience in Technical Project Management
• Strong analytical and logical skills, with proficiency in Excel pivot tables and databases
• Strong communication skills for clear presentation of complex technical information
• Proficiency in Confluence and Jira
• Advanced skills in producing technical documents

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in data visualization, data modeling, or BI tools
• Familiarity with SQL system diagrams, Jira/Confluence, and data modeling
• Understanding of technical and system integration across various platforms
• Knowledge of VoC platforms, CRM systems, Personalization Engines, CDPs, Chatbots and Virtual Assistants, analytical and attribution tools, loyalty systems and zero-party data management
