About the position
The MARCX Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the effective and efficient functioning of the division's operations at Comerica Bank. This entry-level position supports the delivery of project deliverables managed by various teams, including CXM, Brand and Strategy, Digital, Data, or Marketing Operations. The role is dedicated to understanding customer experiences and supports voice of customer programs, managing quantitative research operations, and contributing to marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the development of customer-facing promotional messaging creative assets.
- Gather information for creative briefs with clear implementation instructions for activation of customer-facing promotional messaging.
- Participate in yearly creative asset audit and manage change requests to update, revise or retire existing creative assets.
- Participate in MARCX Employee Activities Committee and plan and execute in-person and virtual events.
- Design and implement training modules for MARCX colleagues.
- Document and manage workflows, including Compliance & Legal reviews and approvals, in Workfront.
- Assist with MARCX colleague onboarding and welcome calls.
- Contribute to the content development of corporate, team, and project pages as a SharePoint Power User.
- Support staff in development, scheduling, and coordination of reports and presentations.
- Manage the scheduling/tracking of necessary research participation and facilitate resolution of customer complaints/feedback.
- Monitor industry resources for relevant insights and summarize findings for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Market Research/Analytics, Marketing, Financial Institution or related field is a plus.
