About the position

The Dispensary Manager at Solace Meds is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cannabis retail store, including managing staff, inventory, and cash management. This role requires adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures while fostering a professional and enjoyable work environment. The ideal candidate will be energetic, passionate, and capable of leading a team in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Budtenders and manage inventory and cash operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Train and develop staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Manage scheduling and staffing needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Maintain knowledge of regulations from the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED).

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of management experience in a retail environment.
• Strong customer service skills with at least 1 year of experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer functions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
