Responsibilities

• Perform required paperwork related to marination processes.
• Clean the mix room and marinator as needed.
• Change marination in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with line and QA personnel.
• Operate jack and lift marinate products weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Work in a temperature-controlled environment (55 degrees or less).
• Use marinate powder and liquid as part of the marination process.
• Wear hearing protection and personal protective equipment as required.
• Weigh and lift marinate, mix, shovel ice, and clean screens.
• Set up the marinator machine and learn specifications concerning ingredients and marinate pick-up.
• Perform additional line functions when the marinated product line is not running.
• Maintain a safety-conscious work environment.
• Complete all other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Experience with paperwork and cleaning in a food processing environment.
• Basic knowledge of marination processes and ingredients.
• Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment.
• Strong communication skills to work with team members and QA personnel.
• Safety-conscious attitude.
