About The Position

Front Street Shipyard is seeking an experienced marine electric & electronics technician. S/he will be able to install complete electrical and electronic systems on boats. The marine electric & electronics technician should be able to troubleshoot electrical and electronic issues on boats, and then develop and implement effective solutions for a variety of issues. This includes working with electronics brands such as Furuno, Raymarine, Garmin, and various satellite communications systems.

Requirements

• Experience as a marine electric & electronics technician.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and electronic issues.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Prepared to communicate directly with customers as needed.

Nice To Haves

• ABYC certifications.
