About the position

The Market Activation Manager is responsible for driving distribution, activations, and volume growth of the Disaronno International spirits portfolio across assigned networks. This role focuses on both off-premise and on-premise local account channels, developing relationships with key retail decision-makers, implementing programs, and executing account activations. The aim is to enhance visibility and distribution footprint while growing existing business through innovative programming and activations.

Responsibilities

  • Drive distribution, activations, and volume growth of the Disaronno International spirits portfolio.
  • Develop relationships with key retail decision makers and execute account activations with distributors and internal sales teams.
  • Deliver assigned volume and share growth exceeding the annual plan.
  • Develop retail, on-premise, and customer-specific selling solutions that increase basket ring and frequency while delivering targeted ROI.
  • Cultivate relationships with assigned retailers and on-premise accounts to drive results against all assigned KPIs.
  • Execute channel-specific strategies, standards, and tools that align with national brand strategies.
  • Utilize internal and external data to identify opportunities across Total Adult Beverage.
  • Develop and implement multi-phased channel-specific tactics incorporated in all account programming.
  • Utilize national and state-level pricing standards when building account presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of key account/national account sales experience.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the wine/spirits industry.
  • Experience with the three-tier distribution system.
  • Ability to manage complexity and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check.
  • Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
