About the position

The Market Compliance Product Analyst at HDI Global Insurance Company is responsible for overseeing the company's compliance processes to ensure adherence to state insurance laws and regulations, as well as company policies regarding insurance policy production and issuance. This entry-level position involves working with various vendors and internal systems to manage insurance filings and support compliance audits.

Responsibilities

• Compile all filings made on the company's behalf by multiple vendors across different SERFF instances.
• Upload detailed information about filed insurance forms, rates, and rules from completed filings into the company's central repository.
• Assist in the programming of filed forms, rates, and rules into various automated policy administration systems.
• Serve as the company's first point of contact for the company's form governance review process, coordinating requests from start to finish.
• Work in conjunction with the Market Compliance Lead to conduct audits to identify errors and monitor corrective actions and remediation plans.
• Assist with other tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and/or Insurance designations is preferred, but a combination of a high school diploma (or equivalent) and relevant experience will also be considered in place of a degree.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong prioritization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Independent thinking and self-starting skills.
• Insurance product filing experience is highly desired.
• Familiarity with SERFF is strongly preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented with a high typing speed and accuracy rate.
