About the position

The position involves managing and leading a team of Field Salespeople who sell to distribution, multi-unit, and non-commercial Platinum Partners. The role requires a hands-on approach, utilizing the CORE CRM system (CIRI) to manage the sales process and develop sales plans. The manager will oversee the execution of sales targets, provide coaching and feedback to team members, and ensure alignment of sales resources with business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the development of market specific Platinum Partner portfolios and assure that all associates have a complete portfolio.
  • Oversee strategic objective planning and collaboration with the division Client Management Team.
  • Actively manage Team Leads and Sales Associates to guarantee established sales metrics are being met by using our CIRI (CRM) tool.
  • Review weekly Sales Team performance and call data to ensure goals are being met.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to Sales Team based on weekly reporting.
  • Pro-actively work in the field and provide specific feedback for team members on a trimester basis via our Performance Management System.
  • Select, orient, train, assign, coach, and counsel team members in your Market.
  • Communicate job expectations; plan, monitor, appraise, and review job contributions enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Foster and maintain company culture within your Sales Team.
  • Establish and foster relationships with client peers and Regional Sales Managers.
  • Evaluate and ensure that sales resources are accurately aligned to the requirements of the business.
  • Manage and develop local distribution relationships within the market.
  • Review monthly mileage logs via Motus.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or restaurant operation/sales experience is preferred.
  • In-person, on-premise, 'Face to Face' sales calls with customers are a requirement of this role.
  • Understanding and working knowledge of CIRI or similar CRM system.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to utilize Teams and other software designated by CORE as a selling tool.
  • Ability to travel and stay overnight if needed.
  • Possess a strong aptitude for sales and a desire to WIN.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Punctual, meticulous, and reliable.

Nice-to-haves

  • Restaurant Operation experience.
  • Experience with the Motus App for mileage entry.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $140,000.00 - $160,000.00.
