The hospital offers a full continuum of care, including inpatient treatment, partial day programming, and intensive outpatient services, all aimed at changing people's lives positively. In this role, the Market Director will develop and administer performance improvement initiatives, risk management strategies, and staff development programs to ensure compliance with state, federal, and The Joint Commission (TJC) standards. The director will collect and analyze data related to hospital performance, incidents, and documentation to enhance the quality of care provided. Collaboration with department directors is essential to recommend and implement tailored staff development programs based on data analysis. The director will also monitor and investigate hospital incidents, ensuring that all necessary reports are filed and corrective actions are taken when required. The position requires a deep understanding of regulatory standards and the ability to advise and inform hospital departments on compliance matters.
