About the position

This position is responsible for supporting a cluster of financial centers in designated markets in the absence of the assigned financial center manager. The role involves managing as a business owner, fostering a team environment, and instilling an effective client-centric and risk culture. The job expectations include driving operational excellence and ensuring that all aspects of the financial center run effectively and cohesively.

Responsibilities

  • Operates as a back up financial center leader within a market
  • Manages client traffic, engaging and appropriately routing clients, and fostering client retention
  • Manages business results through formalized management routines and coaching
  • Creates a world class client experience environment
  • Manages market-level initiative prescribed by market leaders
  • Drives operational excellence
