About the position

The Market Manager Retail Stores at Optimum is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of retail locations, focusing on instilling a sales culture and ensuring adherence to company policies. This role involves driving sales performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and serving as a liaison between various departments to promote effective communication and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of retail store(s) and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Meet and exceed sales and revenue goals by focusing on quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the key liaison between Corporate, Field Management, Marketing, and Sales Operations.
• Execute sales policy, process, and procedure, and communicate corporate initiatives effectively.
• Ensure retail locations are operationally ready on a daily basis.
• Lead a high-performing sales team to drive sales and promote Optimum services.
• Utilize reporting metrics to ensure compliance with company goals and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 10 years of business management experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively via email, chat, in person, and by phone.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Valid Driver License and ability to travel between locations as needed.
