The Market Manager at CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. is responsible for managing, coordinating, and executing field operations within a designated geographic region. This role involves overseeing various activities and projects at customer sites or warehouses, ensuring compliance with company regulations, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The position requires a blend of operational oversight and client interaction, with a focus on delivering quality service and managing financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for clients and customers within the defined geographic region, handling escalations, installation questions, and emergency requests.
- Lead service company assignments to ensure operational efficiency.
- Accountable for cost and quality performance within the geographic region.
- Maintain a regular presence at dock load outs and be available for store load outs as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
