This facilitates their official financial operations and supports financial stability both in the U.S. and abroad. The Central Bank and International Account Services (CBIAS) area of the New York Fed's Markets Group addresses the U.S. dollar reserve management needs of its official customers by providing payments, custodial, clearing and settlement, collateral management, and investment and liquidity services. CBIAS has a long-standing history of delivering safe and efficient banking services to its customer base, managing over $7 trillion across more than 550 accounts for 250 FIMA customers and SOMA, with a transaction volume exceeding $300 billion per day. The Collateral Administration and Analysis (CAA) staff, part of the Settlement, Clearing and Collateral Management (SCCM) Directorate within CBIAS, is responsible for executing all post-trade support services for SOMA market operations and FIMA accounts activities. The CAA staff focuses on collateral-related operational and analytical activities that support SOMA portfolio operations. Additionally, CAA manages relationships with tri-party agents and middle office service providers, oversees risk management across business activities, and supports Desk and Group-related projects. As a Market Operations and Analysis Associate, you will provide management support to a team of professional analysts tasked with conducting daily operations and associated projects. This position offers a unique blend of business analysis, process re-engineering, and collaboration with business and technical support areas to develop and implement solutions aimed at enhancing the execution of business processes.
