Responsibilities

• Drive growth across 30 salon locations through effective management and operational strategies.
• Analyze sales data to enhance service and product sales.
• Manage budgets and inventory to ensure financial performance.
• Optimize staff schedules to improve guest satisfaction.
• Resolve customer concerns swiftly and effectively.
• Implement marketing strategies to elevate sales and salon visibility.
• Conduct weekly meetings with salon leaders to reinforce company values and operational goals.
• Balance administrative tasks such as payroll and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of management experience
• Remote management experience with 10+ direct reports
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Proficient in managing P&L, labor budgets, and inventory controls
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel 25% of the time
• Ability to meet or exceed KPIs and Salon Tier goals
• Ability to maintain consistent salon profitability and operational excellence
