About the position

The Market Research Analysis Manager at Greenberg-Larraby, Inc. (GLI) is responsible for supporting market research initiatives, conducting competitive intelligence programs, and analyzing industry trends to inform strategic planning and business development. This role involves managing a team of market researchers, preparing reports, and providing actionable insights to internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support market research, white space analysis, and competitive intelligence programs.
  • Monitor and track industry news, developments, and regulatory changes affecting the competitive landscape.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive competitive profiles, including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT analysis).
  • Collaborate to develop and maintain a comprehensive after-action review of bid opportunities.
  • Support strategic planning, go-to-market strategies, and organic business development.
  • Assist in the development of competitive positioning strategies and contribute to product and marketing decisions based on intelligence findings.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage one or more direct reports performing market research in core markets, including making assignments and providing training and professional development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Four plus years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in research methodologies, data analysis tools, and competitive intelligence platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for conveying complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Strong orientation to detail with a keen sense of curiosity and a passion for staying informed about industry trends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • At least one year of supervisory experience.
