The Market Research Analyst is responsible for supporting the Market Research Department. These could include, but not limited to such areas as: CRM strategies, human insights and customer loyalty. The role involves developing and evaluating CRM strategies to maximize revenue and lifetime value from MoneyGram customers, performing and directing customer level analyses of data related to revenue performance, customer behavior patterns and trends, and using data to develop direct marketing and product strategies designed to increase revenue from existing and future customers. The analyst will act as a consumer expert and advocate to all levels of leadership for enabling consumer-centric decision making, develop strategically targeted data-driven customer level communications, and manage structured loyalty program development and execution. The position also requires leading coordination and assisting with execution of targeted strategic 1-to-1 level customer communications across direct to consumer channels including e-mails, SMS, digital and physical mail to increase loyalty and revenue from MoneyGram customers.
