In this Market Research Analyst role, you will be joining a pioneering provider of commercial research and consultancy in the field of data centres and digital infrastructure, and a leading player in the Global PropTech scene. The company has recently expanded its international presence, opening offices in Singapore and North America, and is looking to continue growing its service with this exciting Market Research hire. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with Data Centres and operators across various markets to understand supply and demand, looking at the picture from all angles. You will be part of the Analytics function of the business, where you will gather data from a variety of sources to determine market activity and establish a professional network of relationships with data centre industry stakeholders. As a Market Research Analyst, you will be responsible for providing direct commercial research to meet the needs of specific client projects. You will work collaboratively with the wider team to provide the best service for clients. Long term, you will gain experience working with clients to impart the research you are engaging with, presenting, and reporting your insights. There will also be opportunities for supervisory responsibilities for those interested in pursuing that route. Additionally, you will be eligible for rotational experience around the company, giving you insight into the inner mechanics of the business, allowing you to build a strong holistic understanding of the company.
