About the position

The Market Research Analyst at Inovalon plays a crucial role in accelerating the execution of qualitative and quantitative research to inform strategic decisions regarding growth opportunities, roadmap development, and competitive positioning. This position involves collaboration with Market Research Managers and may include supervising vendor work, focusing on enhancing the company's competitive stance through comprehensive market research and competitive intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate market research and competitive intelligence projects to enhance the company's competitive position.
  • Collect and analyze secondary and primary research data to support market opportunity and trend assessments.
  • Synthesize research findings and communicate them clearly to stakeholders.
  • Maintain competitive intelligence and share insights across departments.
  • Manage survey incentives procurement and distribution for market research projects.
  • Recruit and interview customers and prospects to gather insights on their experiences with healthcare technology.
  • Recommend process improvements for market research and competitive intelligence functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Business, or Healthcare.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Market Research / Market Intelligence role with hands-on project work.
  • Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative market research methodologies.
  • Solid analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and market research analytics software (SPSS and/or Q).
  • Interest in competitive intelligence and healthcare technology competitors.
  • Experience in online survey programming.
  • Previous experience in healthcare or technology research is preferred.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and apply analytical and creative thinking.

  • Experience with market research and analytics software (SPSS and/or Q).
