About the position

The Market Research Analyst will be a key member of the Arizent Research Team, responsible for executing, analyzing, and reporting on various quantitative research studies. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the data collection process including testing surveys, developing lists for email deployments, creating email invites, monitoring survey responses
  • Cleaning/coding data files
  • Managing survey incentives
  • Working with vendors on survey programming, sample, banner plans
  • Assisting with survey design
  • Building out PowerPoint decks
  • Performing other related duties as required or assigned that contribute to the effectiveness of the research process

Requirements

  • 1-2 years related work experience
  • Organizational skills to work efficiently across multiple projects, with multiple teams, and to meet multiple deadlines
  • Interpersonal skills to interact with in-house staff, clients, and vendors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated interest and proficiency in analyzing and visualizing data sets
  • Sensitivity and appropriate discretion while working with proprietary client information
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and Google Docs
  • Bachelor's degree or demonstrated equivalent skill set
