Responsibilities

  • Provide relevant and actionable market research and data-driven insights to support program development and enrollment growth.
  • Conduct primary and secondary research to answer business questions and provide insights for university decision-making.
  • Scope and design research projects, including drafting surveys and creating discussion guides.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to create actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Create reports and summaries that clearly outline results, insights, and recommendations.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, market research, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in market research, including primary and secondary research, analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Proficiency in primary research data collection, including sampling and survey design.
  • Familiarity with Qualtrics or other online research platforms for data programming and reporting.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills tailored to audience needs.
  • Strong problem-solving and task-management abilities.
  • Collaborative with a strong customer service orientation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Advanced degree in market research, data analytics, statistics, or a related field.
