Responsibilities

• Manage and participate in the execution of pharmaceutical market research to provide insight on business decisions.
• Draft RFP's for research projects.
• Manage individual projects as well as assist with more complex projects.
• Manage the creation of market research materials with vendors and oversee vendor activities.
• Follow internal SOP's related to primary market research and data analytics.
• Update Excel data template and PowerPoint presentations for submission to the senior leadership team.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure market research materials align with internal information and research objectives.
• Provide advanced administrative and project coordination support for market research and competitive projects conducted by senior researchers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in market research or a similar analytical role, with 4-6 years of experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Pharmaceutical/oncology experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
