About the position

The Business Program Analyst at the American College of Radiology (ACR) plays a crucial role in supporting the Strategy & Foresight team by managing data streams from market intelligence efforts and coordinating the monitoring of key performance measures. This position involves collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance data analysis capabilities and ensure alignment with ACR's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement market research initiatives, including sample development and data collection.
• Assist in the analysis and reporting of data and information.
• Define performance and outcome metrics for strategic objectives and key initiatives.
• Develop progress scorecards and manage ongoing monitoring of key measures.
• Identify efficiencies in operating procedures and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
• 3+ years of professional experience.
• Analytic and data management skills.
• Project management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail, organized, and strong time management skills.
• Competency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
