The Market Research Analyst will be involved in various aspects of survey development, fielding, and data analysis. The role also demands excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to maintain and enhance client relationships. Responsibilities

  • Participation in all aspects of survey development, fielding, and data analysis
  • Author analytical reports and prepare PowerPoint presentations
  • Deliver presentations to client audiences
  • Maintain and enhance client relationships
  • Manage vendors and service providers
  • Participate in innovation cycles, creating new processes and tools to maintain and maximize client competitive advantage

Requirements

  • BA or BS degree including quantitative coursework (business, science, or mathematics) with a minimum GPA of 3.4
  • 2-4 years of market research experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS/SAS
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Interpersonally confident, able to lead project teams or follow as appropriate
