About the position

As a Market Research Analyst and Marketing Specialist at JJ Food & Beverage LLC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategies for our Chinese restaurant. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with the company's objectives and respond to current market trends. This includes designing comprehensive marketing initiatives that not only enhance brand visibility but also drive customer engagement and revenue growth. You will be tasked with overseeing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and website optimization. Your expertise in digital marketing will be crucial as you design and execute campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Additionally, you will develop a plan for e-commerce, leveraging app-based delivery services such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Grubhub to increase both online and foot traffic to the restaurant. A significant aspect of your role will involve marketing analytics, where you will analyze POS (Point Of Sale) data to identify the most popular dishes, assess profitability, and determine peak sales periods. This data-driven approach will enable you to maximize menu efficiency and optimize personnel allocation. Furthermore, you will lead the development of new restaurant concepts, guiding projects from ideation through to execution. This will require collaboration with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and design, to ensure successful launches and sustained growth. Your project management skills will be essential in establishing timelines, allocating resources, and monitoring progress throughout each phase of development. Conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis will also be key to staying ahead of industry trends and consumer preferences, allowing you to translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic marketing plans aligned with company objectives and market trends for the Chinese restaurant.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
