About the position

The Market Research and Insights Analyst role at OGC involves supporting the development and execution of customer and employee experience research projects. This position is ideal for an analytical and dynamic individual who will work with a high-performing team to provide actionable insights through market research methodologies. The analyst will engage in both quantitative and qualitative research, assisting in data verification, analysis, and visualization to help inform business decisions across various divisions of Comcast.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of CX and EX research projects, focusing on data verification, analysis, and visualization.
  • Collaborate with partners and team members to translate business questions into research designs and analytics plans.
  • Handle research-related ad-hoc requests such as data validation, survey writing, testing, and fielding.
  • Support the research team's needs by compiling, reviewing, proofing, and editing decks, documents, and reports.
  • Coordinate and manage abbreviated research studies using agile research tools.
  • Update tracking studies with a focus on KPI changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Science, Management, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field from a top university.
  • 2-4 years of experience in market research or related fields.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Demonstrated experience and interest in survey-based market research and generating insights from research data.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with team members while also working independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Strong workflow management skills including time management, prioritization, project planning, and implementation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Background in User Experience (UX) Research.
  • Familiarity with survey programming tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Decipher, Qualtrics, Suzy, My-Take, etc.).
  • Proficiency in dashboard management with Tableau and My-Take.
