About the position

The Market Research Lead - Analyst C13 at Citi is a strategic role within the US Personal CX organization, focusing on driving insights from primary research to support the Credit Card business. This position involves leading critical research initiatives, ensuring customer-centric approaches, and connecting insights across various CX initiatives to enhance customer experience in North America.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, lead and manage key consumer insights projects across multiple lines of business.
  • Act as the research and insights subject matter expert, articulating a deep understanding of various research methodologies.
  • Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations that impact business decisions.
  • Own and manage the research process from end to end, including objectives, survey development, analysis plan, and reporting.
  • Ensure the quality of research is best in class and employs the most rigorous methods.
  • Communicate and present findings in written and oral form to partners, including peers and senior leaders.
  • Work closely with vendors, internal partners, and agencies to ensure research is executed on schedule and within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with Citibank principles, policies, and standards for all project engagements.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of work experience.
  • 5-7 years of customer insights and research background, either with a research supplier or in-house at a corporation.
  • Demonstrated understanding of consumer behavior, needs, and motivations.
  • Excellent relationship management skills and ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
  • Proven project management experience and ability to drive results while managing multiple projects.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in a relevant field of study.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to juggle several projects.
