About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Market Sales Manager in Wealth and Investment Management to drive business development and growth initiatives. This role requires a professional with extensive experience in asset flow growth and liability management, who can partner with leadership to share best practices and innovative wealth management solutions. The Market Sales Manager will lead complex initiatives, analyze business challenges, and ensure compliance while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance market share and meet client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex initiatives for business development with broad impact.
  • Review, analyze, and research complex business challenges within the Business Growth Strategy area.
  • Identify and advise on best solutions and product combinations to improve market coverage effectiveness.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance regulations and policies.
  • Partner with strategic relationships and specialists to meet business objectives.
  • Make decisions on development and growth strategies for designated markets.
  • Collaborate with mid-level to senior managers and community leaders to achieve growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Nice-to-haves

  • Successfully completed FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 (or 66) exams or equivalents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of effective financial advisor coaching.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Strong relationship building and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills.
  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
  • Demonstrated successful growth through strategic development.
