Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed market sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Identify and nurture sales opportunities, proactively approaching customers to convert interest into purchases.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and continuously optimize sales strategies.
  • Engage customers in conversation, actively listening to their needs to tailor product recommendations.
  • Create a positive experience for each customer, fostering brand loyalty and encouraging repeat business.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Samsung's Home Entertainment product line and its competitive differentiators.
  • Schedule and facilitate sales and product training with store associates and managers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotional campaigns and effectively communicate these to customers.
  • Implement and maintain Samsung merchandising displays across the market.
  • Gather and analyze competitor merchandising strategies to inform Samsung's competitive edge.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred.
  • Six months prior experience in sales, promotion, or brand advocacy.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
  • Reliable transportation and state-required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage.
  • Ability to travel within a 50-mile radius of home.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Flexibility in schedule to work weekends or non-standard shifts.
