  • Integrate market and competitive intelligence to develop reports and information tools.
  • Provide research and analysis to support strategic initiatives and measurement.
  • Assist with customer research projects, including surveys and focus groups.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Market Research, Data Analytics, Customer Experience, or Market Strategy preferred.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Ability to manage simultaneous assignments with conflicting priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with all management levels.
  • Growing base of analytical/technical, facilitative, and strategic knowledge.
  • Skilled at gathering and mining information for strategic recommendations.

Nice-to-haves
