About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Bike Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and sales with specific expertise in electric bicycles. This role requires a versatile professional who can seamlessly transition between marketing responsibilities and direct sales engagements in our showroom.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and sales of E-bikes.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
  • Create engaging content for various marketing channels including social media, email newsletters, and advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect our E-bike features and benefits.
  • Manage and optimize online and offline advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, representing our company at industry events, trade shows, and public forums.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support in our showroom; guide potential customers through the product selection process, offering expert advice on E-bike features and suitability.
  • Train and support other sales staff to ensure product knowledge and sales techniques are up to standard.
  • Analyze sales data and marketing effectiveness to adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing and sales, with at least 3 years in the E-bike or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of the E-bike market, including customer demographics, market trends, and technological advancements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of clients.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, Google Ads, and email marketing software.
  • Ability to work flexibly, stepping into direct sales roles in the showroom as needed.
  • High level of self-motivation, organization, and dedication to customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
