About the position

The Automotive Account Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Account Manager by facilitating and coordinating all customer activities to ensure the successful execution of customer objectives. This position is essential for maintaining strong relationships with automotive clients and ensuring that their needs are met through effective project management and operational support. The coordinator will be responsible for managing various tasks that contribute to the overall success of the accounts, including content development, technical SEO audits, website updates, and more. In this role, the coordinator will utilize the project management platform, Zoho Projects, to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions tailored to automotive customer needs. The position requires a proactive approach to administrative and operational functions, including reviewing monthly client dealership incentives for compliance with brand guidelines and coordinating graphic design efforts to meet client demands. The coordinator will also assist with client requests and issue escalations, collaborating with team members to assign and execute tasks effectively. The Automotive Account Coordinator must be adaptable and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong attention to detail. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to learn and grow within the automotive marketing sector.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to automotive customer needs and objectives through Zoho Projects.
  • Provide support with administrative and operational functions of the accounts, including content development, technical SEO audits, website updates, and Google My Business postings/updates.
  • Review monthly client dealership incentives for compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate graphic design with artists for timely execution of client needs.
  • Assist with client requests or issue escalation as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to assign and execute tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing or a related field.
  • Ability to take computer home every evening.
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal operating hours, as needed, to meet client demands.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously within established time constraints.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to learn quickly and pivot easily when priorities change on short notice.
  • Perform under strong demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of Digital Marketing is required.
  • Strong attention to detail is a must.
  • Google Ads Certification within the first year of employment, if not already achieved.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior experience in the automotive industry preferred, but not required.
  • Prior advertising agency experience preferred, but not required.
