The Marketing Account Specialist B2B at Tucker Advisors is a full-time role focused on collaborating with independent financial advisors to enhance their marketing strategies and overall business plans. This position emphasizes client engagement, problem-solving, and the execution of tailored marketing plans without the need for cold calling, as it involves working exclusively with existing clients. Responsibilities

  • Communicate regularly with advisors to understand and anticipate their marketing needs.
  • Prepare regularly scheduled advisor meeting agendas, run/facilitate the meetings, and coordinate follow-up actionable items.
  • Collaborate with the digital, content, broadcasting, and design departments to facilitate advisor campaigns/projects.
  • Offer ongoing suggestions that seek to continuously improve advisors' business.
  • Participate and contribute to company initiatives focused on the growth of people, processes, and platforms.

Requirements

  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Background in financial services or account management.
  • Understanding of B2B marketing.

Nice-to-haves

  • Sales experience in a related field (1 year preferred).
