About the position

EZeels is seeking a motivated individual for a full-time Admin/Marketing position within a dynamic startup environment. This role focuses on onboarding service providers and assisting customers with their inquiries, contributing to the company's mission of connecting service providers with homeowners in the DFW area. The position offers a competitive salary with bonus potential and the flexibility of remote work, while requiring local residency in the DFW area.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new service providing companies by reaching out to them via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
• Answer phone calls and emails to address questions from service providers and guide them through the onboarding process.
• Drive to service provider companies' offices as needed to introduce them to the EZeels brand.
• Assist end customers with inquiries regarding services.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's license and ability to drive independently.
• Reliable transportation for commuting.

Nice-to-haves

• 1 year of marketing experience (preferred).
• Ability to commute to Plano, TX 75023 (preferred).
