About the position

The Marketing Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing team by organizing brand submissions, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate product information. This entry-level position involves various administrative tasks that ensure smooth operations within the marketing department.

Responsibilities

  • Log and organize brand submissions and samples, documenting feedback from category teams.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating brand meetings.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of SKUs based on Merchant's discretion, including shelf tag requests and product description changes.
  • Initiate promotional offers in Promo Advisor, inputting SKUs and coordinating with the pricing team.
  • Execute marketing sign requests and proof materials, keeping product samples and digital assets organized.
  • Support the planogram process by submitting pricing requests and managing coding changes.
  • Prepare store memos and communication requests, addressing help desk inquiries with solutions.
  • Provide general administrative support for brand contacts and vendor meetings as needed.

Requirements
