About the position

The Marketing Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing team by organizing brand submissions, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate product information. This position involves administrative tasks that ensure smooth communication and efficient operations within the marketing department.

Responsibilities

  • Log and organize brand submissions and samples, documenting feedback from category teams.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating brand meetings.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of SKUs based on Merchant's discretion, including shelf tag requests and product description changes.
  • Initiate promotional offers in Promo Advisor, inputting SKUs and coordinating with the pricing team.
  • Execute marketing sign requests and proof materials, keeping product samples and digital assets organized.
  • Support the planogram process by submitting pricing requests and managing coding changes.
  • Prepare store memos and communication requests, addressing help desk inquiries with solutions.
  • Provide general administrative support for brand contacts and vendor meetings as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Experience in a marketing or administrative role.
