About the position

The Marketing Administrative Assistant will support the Mining Marketing team by managing customer and dealer visit requests, creating itineraries, and facilitating administrative tasks related to purchase orders. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor Mining Customer and Dealer Visit requests
  • Create visit or tour itinerary
  • Host mining customers and dealers
  • Manage visit expenses
  • Facilitate administrative processing of all purchase order requests for Mining Marketing activities

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite
  • Experience with SharePoint
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Basic knowledge of NextGen or Coupa or equivalent procurement management system
  • Experience operating a 15-passenger van
  • 1 year of experience in Marketing
  • 2 years of experience in Customer Service
  • 2 years of Administrative experience
  • 1 year of experience with SharePoint
  • 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office 365
  • 1 year of Negotiation experience

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience operating a 15-passenger van
  • Willingness to travel 25%
