  • Conducting market research to identify target demographics and develop targeted recruitment initiatives
  • Utilizing print advertising, digital marketing, and social media platforms to promote the institution and increase brand visibility
  • Analyzing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging content and materials for recruitment purposes
  • Building relationships with high schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to enhance recruitment efforts
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines pertaining to admissions processes

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of print advertising strategies and techniques
  • Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software for creating marketing materials
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in an educational or admissions setting
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools for lead generation and nurturing
  • Understanding of performance marketing principles and ability to optimize campaigns for maximum results
  • Knowledge of advertising sales processes and ability to negotiate partnerships with external vendors
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and strategies for driving online enrollment
  • Proficiency in SEO techniques to improve organic search rankings
  • Experience in social media marketing and ability to leverage various platforms for recruitment purposes
