The Marketing & Advertising Coordinator position is a full-time role focused on supporting the marketing department's expansion in the Atlanta area. The role involves developing client brands, executing marketing strategies, and enhancing client relations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, collaborating with team members to create innovative marketing campaigns and eventually taking on leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with senior management to ensure alignment and cohesive execution of client marketing and development goals.
  • Conduct competition analysis to maintain a competitive edge and ensure clients provide the best options for potential customers.
  • Assist with daily sales duties and report final numbers to senior marketing management staff.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive marketing and/or sales approaches to potential new clients.
  • Present recommendations to the marketing and sales team to improve overall efficiency and enhance consumer experience.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales departments on the creation and execution of marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business.
  • Proven expertise executing campaigns targeted at driving new business.
  • Experience in marketing, advertising, sales, or other similar business-related fields.
  • Knowledge of traditional core marketing and sales concepts.
  • A can-do, positive attitude, and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach.
  • An outgoing personality and enjoys interacting with people and working in a collaborative team atmosphere.
