As a Marketing Advisory and Measurement Sr. Specialist on the Analyst Relations (AR) team at Amazon Web Services (AWS), you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of AWS by increasing customer awareness and adoption through data-driven marketing strategies. This position is integral to the AR team, which focuses on creating advocacy with industry analysts to enhance the positive positioning of AWS in the market. Your responsibilities will include analyzing customer behavior on AWS websites and beyond, and empowering the marketing team to make informed decisions that solidify AWS's leadership in cloud computing. In this role, you will coordinate with various cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and communications, to publish and track earned analyst assets. You will dive deep into reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to analyst assets, translating these metrics into actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders. Your ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences will be essential, as will your experience with martech and data visualization tools. You will also be responsible for building self-service mechanisms to scale the publication of assets generated by the AR team, supporting the measurement strategy that includes marketing attribution, efficiency metrics, and campaign performance reporting. Your work will involve identifying best practices for audience targeting and digital channel measurement, ensuring clear and consistent communication with stakeholders regarding strategy, tactics, goals, and performance. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing ambiguity and complexity while inventing and simplifying processes. You will engage daily with Program Managers, Product Managers, Marketing Managers, Engineers, and Business Leaders, making this a dynamic and collaborative role within a highly matrixed organization.
