About the position

The Marketing and Affiliate Coordinator at SUP Englewood is a dynamic role that combines digital marketing expertise with on-the-ground networking efforts. This individual is responsible for enhancing our brand's online presence, fostering relationships with local businesses, and managing our affiliate program to ensure its success. The position requires a proactive approach to digital marketing, including updating social media platforms with consistent and engaging content, co-creating digital content marketing such as blog posts, email campaigns, and website updates, and analyzing digital marketing metrics to refine strategies and improve return on investment (ROI). In addition to digital marketing, the role involves significant networking responsibilities. The coordinator will regularly visit local businesses and hotels to distribute marketing materials and build relationships. Attendance at networking meetings through various Chamber of Commerce events and the tourism department is essential to promote SUP Englewood and highlight corporate event offerings. The coordinator will also track networking partners using a dedicated spreadsheet to ensure regular follow-ups and updates, converting these partners into affiliate partners by showcasing the benefits and potential ROI of the program. The affiliate program management aspect of the role includes building and nurturing relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring their needs are met, and addressing any concerns promptly. The coordinator will onboard new affiliates, providing them with the necessary training and materials to succeed, while also monitoring the performance of the affiliate program to identify areas for improvement and growth. Collaboration with senior management to set targets and strategies for expanding the affiliate program is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

  • Ability to travel locally for networking efforts and attend various events.
  • Must live nearby as this is a part-time position that requires driving through Englewood, Placida, Boca Grande, and Charlotte County.
