About the position

The Consumer Web Content and SEO Specialist at Texas Capital Bank plays a vital role in enhancing the customer experience across the bank's public consumer web properties. This position is responsible for developing and executing the content strategy for the firm's public-facing website, focusing on consumer and small business banking. The specialist will work closely with various teams to optimize the website's performance and ensure the Texas Capital brand remains prominent in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Own the overall strategy of the public facing Texas Capital website with a main focus on consumer and small business banking.
  • Establish essential KPIs and metrics of content performance by working collaboratively with the data and analytics team.
  • Continuously optimize our SEM/SEO capabilities to ensure that the Texas Capital brand is top-of-mind for our target markets.
  • Work closely with marketing research and sales enablement teams to understand and uncover insights specific to target audiences and relay into web architecture.
  • Remain up to date with the latest web and CX trends to drive business initiatives now and forward looking to enhance overall effectiveness of web properties.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience in advertising, media, social media or a related field, with a strong B2C background and experience in highly regulated industries preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related degree.
  • Experience with content creation, strategy building, and content marketing.
  • Working knowledge of search engine marketing and search engine optimization (SEM/SEO).
  • Advanced knowledge of web content management tools such as Acquia/Drupal.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Excellent planning and management skills to oversee multiple content campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Superior communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic and changing environments.
  • Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as Asana and Salesforce.
