About the position
The Marketing Analyst position is a contract role with a duration of 12+ months, located in Basking Ridge, NJ, offering hybrid work options. The role involves managing complex marketing projects and executing email campaigns while collaborating with various teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing analytics and project management, with a focus on campaign execution and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
- Manage highly complex, cross-functional marketing projects and initiatives.
- Build and execute simple and complex email campaigns, including single emails, multi-touch nurtures, and buyer journeys.
- Utilize tokens, velocity scripting, and smart campaigns in email marketing.
- Understand audience segmentation for targeted marketing efforts.
- Create and manage multiple marketing programs across various tactics and customer segments.
- Coordinate with multiple teams for creative assets, custom list requests, change requests, and reporting requests.
- Ensure quality assurance processes and testing are completed prior to campaign execution.
- Effectively communicate with key stakeholders throughout the development process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Four or more years of work experience in marketing, or six or more years of relevant work experience with at least two years in marketing within an enterprise-based company.
- Marketo Certified Associate and/or Marketo Certified Expert certification.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience with Workfront work management tool.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications.
