About the position

The Marketing Analytics and SEO Specialist at CommonSpirit Health is responsible for driving improvements in analytics that inform decisions across digital marketing efforts. This role focuses on analyzing the performance of omni-channel marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on SEO best practices and data-driven insights to enhance customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze the performance of omni-channel marketing efforts to support awareness, acquisition, and retention campaigns.
  • Utilize Adobe Analytics to track, report, and analyze online and offline user behavior and campaign performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing marketing content, channels, and campaigns to maximize results.
  • Manage SEO responsibilities, including expanding the organic footprint and overseeing the publication of search-optimized content.
  • Produce quantitative and qualitative reports on monthly performance and oversee internal content competition to prevent keyword cannibalization.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to synthesize data and create presentations that recommend strategies for marketing optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in marketing.
  • Minimum of two years of experience leading and delivering marketing programs.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics or Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices.

Nice-to-haves
